Begin with a morning departure from your Bangkok hotel, traveling in comfort with a private guide and driver.
The journey is filled with varied and engaging stops that offer insight into Thailand’s local culture and natural beauty.
First, visit the Maeklong Railway Market, where vendors operate directly on the train tracks, quickly clearing the way as trains pass. Continue by long-tail boat through narrow canals to reach the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, where locals sell fruit, vegetables, and cooked food from wooden boats.
Next, visit the Bridge on the River Kwai, followed by lunch at a floating restaurant along the river. After the meal, explore the small Tham Krasae cave, then board a train for the most scenic section of the historic Death Railway. As the train crosses the wooden viaduct at Wang Po, enjoy panoramic views over the River Kwai Noi.
Continue by boat to a secluded jungle resort, accessible by river.
The 20-minute ride passes floating homes and quiet riverbanks, offering a chance to spot water buffaloes and birds along the way.
Guests may choose between two overnight options:
- A floating resort with minimal amenities and no electricity, offering a close-to-nature experience.
- A riverside resort with air-conditioned bungalows, a swimming pool, and individual thatched cottages.
The next morning begins with a short bamboo raft ride on the river. Then, choose between several optional excursions:
- Visit Erawan National Park, known for its forest trails and tiered waterfalls.
- Spend a half-day at a well-managed elephant camp, where guests can feed and bathe elephants in an ethical environment.
- Explore Hellfire Pass, a historic site with a walking trail and memorial museum.
Return to Bangkok in the late afternoon by private transfer.
All tours are private, customizable, and available daily.
